Incorporated in 2024 following the carve-out from the audit and consolidation department of a regional accounting firm, APCFIN Conseil provides financial services to entrepreneurs (start-ups, Small and Medium-sized Businesses, mid-cap companies and subsidiaries of international groups), customized solutions for their requirements in specialized coaching and technical assistance (consolidation, international accounting standards, IPO assistance), accounting and advisory services and advice, tax services and assurance services (audit).

APCFIN Conseil operates both in France and internationally, mainly assisting growing companies in the fields of new technology, medical, services, distribution and manufacturing industries.

Eric previously served for more than ten years within EY in Lyon and a two years assignment in the Toronto EY office. Eric has also served as Finance Director of Lennox (rooftop and air conditioning manufacturer, French subsidiary of a US Group).

With over 25 years of experience, Eric has developed a significant knowledge in international audit and assistance to finance departments of international Groups in various areas (US GAAP, IFRS conversion, organization, reporting implementation…).

Eric is an expert in consolidation (IFRS, ANC 2020-01)

Eric is a lecturer in IFRS at the Lyon III University (IAE). Eric is co-author of the book "The Financial Auditor's Toolbox" (Dunod, 3rd edition 2022).

Eric is supported by a team of experienced consultants, which is constantly growing, trained in the audit approach developed by the firm (IT Systems, Key Process Reviews, Sampling, Detail Testing, etc.) and supported by a team of specialists in consolidation (IFRS, ANC 2020-01).
